MHRCET is built on a data driven model because we believe in order to make better informed decisions regarding access to quality mental health programs and services the data should speak for itself. In doing so grantors, oversight committees, and lawmakers at the state and local level have access to evidence based data resulting in clear policy making decisions.
VIDEO SESSIONS
As COVID-19 brings awareness of the need for mandatory remote services, our inception to provide one-on-one and group video sessions is aligned with our model of reaching individuals in rural and underserved communities struggle to access mental health services. Participants have the ability to access our platform without unnecessary application installation, allowing the process to join a meeting from any location with ease.
CONFERENCE CALLS
Multiple conference calls are facilitated regularly to ensure client/participant engagement and used as an alternative when individuals are unable to participate in a video session.
Note: While we strive to communicate on a visual basis unforeseen technical obstacles may occur preventing users from connecting, in which every effort is made to assure the direct message is conveyed.
DATA COLLECTION
As part of our HIPAA compliant platform we ensure all users of their right to opt-out of provided data, assuring specific entries are collected for statistical purposes, only.
