Orientation and training is required of all volunteers. The process not only helps to become familiar with programs and services but to advocate with a clear understanding of those we serve.

Our wellness program is an in-depth health and fitness program designed and facilitated by our partner program, SYNE30. Services are provided as a referral, corporate wellness, or direct contact.ELEARNING (cont.)
eLearning courses allow individuals to access self-help content, academic, and technical study lessons wherever an internet connection is available. Courses are flexible and tailored to every individual with long-term benefits and achievements.WORKFORCE EDUCATION (cont.)
MHRCET provides Comprehensive Education and Awareness Training (CEAT) designed for professionals working in and outside of the mental health field. No experience or knowledge is required to participate.

Peer Support Specialists are individuals in recovery from mental health and/or substance use disorders. They identify and apply personal experiences to assist others in the early stage of recovery.
