Implementing healthy daily routines can have lasting effects on your mental health. WebMD details the following habits that can improve your mental health:

- Curb Clutter – Studies have found that when you’re surrounded by stuff, the visual chaos goes straight to your brain. It distracts you and gets in the way of your ability to process info.
While studies show not every method works for every individual, it’s important to note that test results in young adults and seniors do make a difference.
